MORGAN DONALD tells how becoming a Thrive consultant and helping people overcome problems has changed her life.

WITH her self-esteem at rock bottom, Morgan Donald struggled to cope with university life away from the people and town she knew.

She could never have imagined she would one day be the person others would turn to for help improving their well-being.

Eight years on, the mum-of-two is a trained Thrive consultant, which means she spends her days teaching clients at their wits’ end to control and move on from anxieties, phobias, and to “find the positives”.

The aim of the Thrive programme, created by Rob Kelly, is to give people the skills and techniques to overcome problems, health issues and other hurdles by managing their thoughts and emotions in a different way.
